According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, now the case has been transferred and renumbered as S.C.No.254 of 2026 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Thoothukudi. 3. Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 4. Today, the defacto complainant is present in-person and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the Charge Sheet.
