Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the learned trial judge directed the plaintiffs to take steps and in spite of such direction the plaintiffs/opposite-parties did not take any step. From the order-sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the suit is not yet ready for hearing. Learned trial judge shall make an endeavour to dispose of OS No. 13 of 1997 as expeditiously as possible after the same is made ready for hearing. 2 CO 2985 of 2026 stands disposed of accordingly.
