Petitioner is presently serving as JBT at GPS Barour, Tehsil Udaypur, District Lahual & Spiti, H.P. stated to be falling under hard/tribal area. His case is that on completion of normal tenure at the present station, he preferred a representation on 15.12.2025 (Annexure P-4) to 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes - 2 - respondent No.2/competent authority, seeking inter-district from District Lahaul & Spiti to District Kangra under 5% quota. Petitioner’s grievance is that the aforesaid representation has not been decided by the respondents till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.2/Competent Authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law and as per applicable transfer notification/policy within a period of six weeks from today.
