Though there are altogether three petitioners who have filed the present writ application but learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present writ application, the name of the petitioner No. 1, namely, Md. Quaiser Alam, is already included in the voter list but the appeals of the petitioner No. 2, namely, Shiuly Khatoon Chowdhury @ Ohid and petitioner No. 3, namely, Sanjida Khatun have not been considered by the Appellate Authority and the same are still pending before the Appellate Tribunal. He prays for an order upon the Appellate Tribunal for disposal of the appeals as early as possible. 2. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Appellate Tribunal is requested to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner No. 2 namely, Shiuly Khatoon Chowdhury @ Ohid and petitioner No. 3, namely, 2 Sanjida Khatun within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 3. With the above observation, WPA 13024 of 2026 is disposed of. 4. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
