GP FOR ENDOWMENTS The Court made the following: 3 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE TARLADA RAJASEKHAR RAO WRIT PETITION NO: 16942 of 2026 ORDER: The petitioner-committee has filed the present writ petition for permission to conduct/perform ‘Birth day Mahotsavam of Sri Chowdeswari Devi Ammjavaru’ on 12.08.2026 and Ammavari Jyothi Mahotsavam and connected rituals from 24.11.2026 to 08.12.2026 in 3rd respondent temple. The petitioner had approached respondent Nos.2 and 3 for permission to conduct the said rituals by giving a representation dated 28.04.2026. 2. It is submitted by the petitioner that as representations given in respect of earlier years has not been considered, the petitioner had approached this court by way of W.P.No.18050 of 2019 for the year 2019 and W.P.No.21862 of 2020 for the year 2020. This court had directed the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the said representations upon which, the respondents have permitted the petitioner to conduct the rituals. 3. Sri Sreeenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a similar application is now pending before respondent Nos.2 and 3 and since the festival is approaching, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders. 4 4. In view of the earlier directions of this Court in W.P.No.18050 of 2019 and W.P.No.21862 of 2020 this writ petition is allowed, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.04.2026, within a period one week from the date of receipt of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
