It appears that after filing of this revisional application, learned Magistrate in the Court below on July 8, 2026 has framed charges against the accused persons under Sections 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The next date has been fixed on November 30, 2026 for evidence of Charge Sheet witness nos.1 and 2. In that view of the matter, I dispose of this application with a direction upon the learned Magistrate to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible.
