Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is not in dispute that, the respondent- Authorities have issued Form No.7 (Annexure-C), granting the land to an extent of 2.00 acres in land bearing Sy. However, it is forthcoming from the writ petition that, there is a discrepancy in the particulars of the land granted in favour of the petitioner. In this regard, when the petitioner approached respondent No.4, respondent No.4, by endorsement dated 20.03.2018 (Annexure-E), rejected the application submitted by the petitioner. With the above direction, writ petition is accordingly allowed. SD/- (E.S.INDIRESH) JUDGE BKM List No.: 1 Sl No.: 54
