ORAL ORDER
The petitioner is before this Court seeking the following prayer:
"1. Quash the FIR in Crime No.357/2025 dated 26/11/2025 registered by Shivamogga Rural Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 75(1)(i), 75(1)(ii), 351(2) and 352 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(va), 3(2)(vii) and 3(1)(w)(i) of the SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 pending on the file of Addl. District & Sessions Court at Shimoga;
2. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity."

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are plethora of grounds to project the misuse or abuse of the process of law by the complainant, as this is the second complaint registered, not against the petitioner, but on identical offences against someone else who stood acquitted later. Learned counsel further submits that in the event, this Court would not be inclined to entertain the petitioner at this juncture, the petitioner shall have liberty to knock at the doors of this Court at a later point in time, in the event of filing of the final report and the final report going against the petitioner.
3. Keeping all contentions open, the liberty is reserved to the petitioner to knock at the doors of this Court in the event a charge sheet is filed against the petitioner.
