The petitioner alleges that the third respondent, who is also a private minibus operator, is operating on a route overlapping with the routes assigned to the petitioner, thereby causing monetary loss to him. In that context, the petitioner made a request seeking certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the third respondent. 3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the private respondent would be furnished within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4. Recording the said submission, these Writ Petitions are disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to issue certified copies of the permit granted in favour of the third respondent within a period of one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.
