Page No.# 2/3 2. This is an application filed under Order XXII, Rule 14 read with Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking substitution of the appellant Sh. Lalremruata (since deceased/original defendant No. 1 in Title Suit No. 58/2012, by his son Sh. Lalremliana Ralte S/o Lalremruata (since deceased) as per the direction of this Court by order dated 06.03.2026 passed in RFA No. 5/2025. 3. The petitioner has now produced the Succession Certificate showing that he is the successor and legal heir of Late Lalremruata (since deceased). It is submitted that the right to sue survives, and since he is the successor and legal representative of the deceased/original defendant in Title Suit No. 58/2012 passed on 04.11.2024, he may be allowed to represent his deceased father. 4. Both the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3 has no objection. 5. Accordingly, this application is allowed. 6. The applicant is permitted to substitute the legal representative of Late Shri. Lalremruata. 7. Cause-title of the RFA No. 5/2025 be amended accordingly. 8.
