JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking writ of mandamus to direct the respondent consider the representations of the petitioner dated 28.01.2025 and 15.11.2025 vide Annexures-G and G1, wherein the petitioner had requested the respondent to declare the probationary period of the petitioner with retrospective effect i.e., from the date of completion of one year probationary period and by properly fixing his pay scale, to pay all other consequential monetary benefits. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010137542026 NC: 2026:KHC:47986 WP No. 6332 of 2026 2. The respondent did not consider the representation and did not pass any order on the said representations. Hence, this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent, through video conferencing, submits that if a reasonable time is granted, the respondent will consider the representations vide Annexures-G and G1 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. 4.
