Petitioner’s engagement as Junior Engineer in Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan has been discontinued only on the ground that his qualification is not as per 2011 Rules, applicable for the post of Junior Engineer in Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan. 6. In this writ petition, petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.07.2025 issued by Secretary (Administration), Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan to the Executive Engineer, whereby request was made to cancel the sponsorship of the petitioner. 7. Mr. Pankaj Chaturvedi, learned counsel appearing for Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan, however, submits that identical issue has been decided by this Court in WPSS No. 435 of 2026. He submits that in that writ petition, this 2026:UHC:1914 Court permitted the concerned person to make representation to the Chief General Manager, therefore, he submits that this writ petition can also be disposed of in terms of the said judgment. 8. Accordingly, the writ petition is decided in terms of judgment dated 17.02.2026 rendered in WPSS No. 435 of 2026. The petitioner is at liberty to make representation to the Chief General Manager, Uttarakhand Jal Sansthan. If petitioner makes a representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken, as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
