1. Sri Bipin Shukla, learned counsel for accused applicant hands up supplementary affidavit explaining the criminal history of applicant. The same is taken on record.
2. Heard Sri Shukla, Ms. Vishakha Pandey, learned counsel for informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
3. The present anticipatory bail application under Section 482 of BNSS has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to release him on anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 40 of 2026, under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 61(2), 109, 130, 115(2), 352, 351(2), 324(2), 110 BNS and Section 7 Criminal Law Amendment Act, P.S.- Dadri, District- Gautam Budha Nagar, during pendency of the trial.
4. After some argument, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the application to move the bail application before the trial court, but seeks protection of liberty till the disposal of bail application.
5. The application is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
6.
