ORDER The present petition has been filed seeking extension of time fixed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9454 of 2026, on 13.05.2026, wherein this Court has directed the petitioners to surrender before the concerned jurisdictional Court, within a period of fifteen days, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, for production of sureties there was some delay on the part of the petitioners and therefore, they could not surrender within the prescribed time and hence, he seeks to extend the time for surrendering.
3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the time is extended and the petitioners shall surrender before the concerned Court on or before 07.07.2026. 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
