Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ or order seeking a direction to respondent no.3 to appoint Sri. Pavan Sagar as the Special Public Prosecutor in Special Case No.59 of 2010 vide Annexure-C which is pending adjudication before the Learned II Addl. District and Sessions Judge, Bengaluru Rural District, Bengaluru, in terms of representation dated 18.06.2026 vide Annexure-G. b. Pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The petitioner has submitted a representation identifying a person who could be appointed as a Special Public Prosecutor in the case where the petitioner is the complainant. No such request for a named person can be made by the complainant as held by this Court vide order dated 05.08.2026 in W.P.No.1452/2024, in the case of FR. Elias Daniel vs. Department of Internal Administration (Police Services). 4. Elias Daniel as referred supra. As such, the petition stands disposed. 5. In view of the disposal of the main petition, I.A.No.1/2026 does not survive for consideration.
