HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANUROOP SINGHI Order 24/02/2026 The present writ petition is as misconceived as it could be. Despite having filed a revision petition under Section 327 of Rajasthan Municipalities Act, 2009, before the Director, Local Self Government Department of which the order-sheets have also been annexed along with the writ petition (Annexure-6 colly), wherein notices were issued to the respondents and as recently as on 27.01.2026, the respondents duly appeared through their counsel and sought time to file reply, which was granted, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking directions to decide the said revision petition within a stipulated time period.
[2026:RJ-JP:8415] (2 of 2) [CW-3161/2026] A bare perusal of the order-sheets reveals that the revision petition has been considered, after which notices were also issued and thereafter, the matter was listed on 18.02.2026 and as submitted by the petitioner the next date in the matter now is
27.03.2026. Thus, there is no occasion, whatsoever for this Court to interfere in the proceedings of the revision petition and accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stands dismissed.
