No. 315 of 2023 on the file of the learned I Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), Narasaraopet, Guntur (for brevity, ‘the learned Trial Court’). 2. Heard the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. 3. On perusal of the record, though ‘the learned Trial Court’, by order dated 20.04.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.108 of 2026 in C.A.No.86 of 2026 in C.C.No.315 of 2023, had stipulated a period of 90 days for depositing Rs.1,80,000/-, being 20% of the cheque amount, the learned Magistrate nevertheless proceeded to issue a Non-Bailable Warrant (NBW) on 29.04.2026. The docket order dated 29.04.2026 issuing NBW against the Petitioner is, therefore, recalled.
