Applicant is ready to co- operate with the Police in investigation and also to abide by all the terms and conditions that may be imposed by this Court while granting anticipatory bail. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel opposes submissions of learned counsel for applicant and submits that incident took place in the night of 22.8.2026 and FIR was 3 lodged on next day.
