Essentially, what has been challenged is the e- auction sale notice dated 06.08.2026 proposed to hold the auction on 05.09.2026. 5. Sri. Dhananjay Joshi, learned Senior Counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 on instructions submits that the said e-Auction is now being postponed by at least a period of fifteen (15) days, and the request of the petitioner for furnishing documents would also be examined by the liquidator. 6. Sri. Dhyan Chinappa, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said submission answers his grievance for now. 7. Reserving liberty to challenge any fresh auction notification if initiated, the petition stands disposed. 8.
