From order dated 17.04.2026 of the learned trial court, it appears that the accused/applicant has a brother also at home and presence of the accused/applicant is not necessary for the marriage. 4. In the course of submissions, it was suggested that if agreeable, the accused/applicant can be sent in custody to attend the marriage. Learned counsel for accused/applicant took a passover to take instructions. After taking instructions, learned counsel for accused/applicant now submits that family members of the accused/applicant are not agreeable that the accused/applicant attends marriage in custody. 5. Therefore, the application is dismissed. Copy of this order be sent to the Jail Superintendent concerned for being conveyed to the accused/applicant.
