JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the proceedings in Spl.C.No.84/2024 registered for offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 22(c) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. 2. Heard Sri. Lethif B., learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Smt. Deepthi Alva, learned HCGP appearing for respondent No.1 and have perused the material on record. 3. It is the case of petitioner that there is no corroborative material available to pin the petitioner down for the offences under the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010496722026 NC: 2026:KHC:47528 CRL.P No. 10800 of 2026 4. The learned HCGP upon instructions submit that the call record details and other corroborative material is available, as the petitioner is not in one, but plethora of cases alleged to the same offences. 5. In that light, the petitioner would now seek remedy of filing the discharge. Reserving such liberty to file discharge, the petition stands disposed. 6.
