The applicants, who are in custody since 31.10.2025, have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No.213 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 271/ 272/ 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023, Section 11(i)(d) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act and Section 12(i) (ii) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005. 3. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the applicants that complete set of F.I.R along with its enclosures have been annexed with the present bail application and there is no suppression on his/ her part. Innocence of the applicants has been claimed and undertaking has been given for participation in the trial. It has been submitted that the investigation is complete. On the above basis, prayer for bail has been made. 4. On the other hand, learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. 5. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to enlarge the applicants on bail. Accordingly, the applicants are directed to be released on bail, on their furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like - 1 - B.A. No.400 of 2026 2026:JHHC:5485 amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Godda, in connection with Godda (Town) P.S. Case No.213 of 2025, on the condition that one of the bailors will be the close relatives of the applicants and one of the sureties will be the landed property of the family of these applicants and these applicants will also submit self attested photocopy of their Aadhaar Cards and their mobile numbers before the learned trial court which they will always keep active and will not change it during pendency of this case without prior permission of the court.
