In this Writ Petition, petitioner has sought for a writ of mandamus to direct respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 06.04.2026 vide (Annexure-A & A1) and thereby conduct joint survey of the subject land, inter alia, sought to set aside the joint survey report dated 15.05.2026. 2. Having taken note of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties and the averments made in the representation at Annexure-A, as the petitioner is alleging that the respondent-authorities have taken steps to lay the road in the land belonging to the petitioner, and in that view of the matter, the respondent Nos.4 and 5 herein are directed to conduct spot inspection and survey in respect of the land in question as per the Village Map on 08.10.2026 at 11.00 a.m. and thereafter the respondent-authorities are directed to take decision in the matter, in accordance with law, and further, in the event if the petitioner herein is found to have - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010544312026 NC: 2026:KHC:47933 WP No. 24802 of 2026 encroached land belonging to the Government, appropriate action be taken accordingly. 3.
