ORDER This Writ Petition has been filed seeking the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to pass orders in the pending proceedings in Na.Ka. No. 3353530/2025/A5 dated 09.02.2026. 2. The petitioner seeks reclassification of the subject land. The petitioner's earlier representation was considered by the Revenue Divisional Officer, who passed an order dated 20.08.2025. Subsequently, the Revenue Divisional Officer, by communication dated 09.02.2026, recommended the petitioner's request to the District Collector for appropriate action. 3. Despite the said recommendation, the first respondent has not passed any orders. Therefore, the first respondent is directed to 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP(MD) NO. 16639 of 2026 consider the petitioner's representation dated 05.06.2026 in the light of the recommendation made by the Revenue Divisional Officer and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law.
