Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and the lady is 22 years of age and she had also travelled some distance along with the accused. 3. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer and has submitted that the petitioner is named accused in the case and the allegation is very serious. 4. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
