Order 10/03/2026 By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the tender notice dated NIL (part of annexure-2).
Learned counsel appearing for the Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Ltd. states that the corporation has already withdrawn the tender notice which is under challenge. In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondent-RRVUNL, the present writ petition has become infructuous to the extent of challenge to the tender notice. Accordingly, the present writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. However, the respondents would be at liberty to agitate other issues in an appropriate forum or by filing a writ petition in case need arises. Stay application as well as pending application, if any, also stands disposed of.
