DATTA PURKAYASTHA Judgment and order (Oral) Heard Ld. Counsel of both sides. [2] With consent of both sides, this writ petition is being disposed of as agreed by the parties at this motion stage. [3] The petitioner went on superannuation as Panchayat Supervisor on attaining the age of 60 years on 30.11.2025. But his post retiral benefits have not been released to him till date. In this Yes No  regard he submitted a representation on 17.02.2026 (Annexure-3) to Respondent No.4, but same has also not been responded by the respondents despite one month has elapsed. [4] Ld. Counsel, Mr. Samar Das, for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of said representation in a time bound manner. [5] Ld. Addl. GA, Mr. D. Sarma, representing all the respondents has not opposed the same. [6] In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to dispose of the representation dated 17.02.2026 (Annexure-3) of the petitioner in accordance with law within 1(one) month of receipt of the copy of this Judgment. With such direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Interim Application(s), if any, shall also stand disposed of accordingly.
