JUSTICE SACHIN SHANKAR MAGADUM ORAL ORDER Though learned counsel for the respondent has strongly resistant to recalling the application on the ground that the petition was earlier dismissed and restored and this is the second time the petition has been dismissed for non-compliance of office objections. In the interest of justice, this Court deems it fit to accept the reasons assigned in the affidavit. Accordingly, I.A.No.1/2024 is allowed. The order dated 20.01.2024 is recalled. Petition is restored on file subject to the petitioner paying a cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Karnataka Advocates Clerks’ Benevolent Trust fund. The registry is directed to delete the name of Sri L.M.Ramaiah Gowda and show the name of Sri T.M.Venkata Reddy and Sri Chetan Kumar V, as counsel appearing for respondent No.3.
