The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly call for the records of the case from the Respondents. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly promote the petitioners to their next promotional post as A.G. II, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to kindly direct the respondents authorities to decide the representation of the petitioners submitted before the respondent authorities.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are holding the post of Assistant Grade – III and after completion of the requisite period of service in the feeder cadre, now they have become eligible for consideration of their name in the post of Assistant Grade – II. Petitioners have submitted representation which was not considered and therefore, this writ petition is filed. He also contended that at this stage, petitioner may be permitted to submit fresh representation before the Respondent No. 2 & 3 and direction raising all the grounds as raised in this writ petition and direction be issued to the Respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation at the earliest within specified time frame. 3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the Respondents/State would submit that as the petitioners are not pressing this writ petition on merits and is only seeking a direction to the Respondents No. 2 & 3 to consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioners, he is having no objection to the limited prayer. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents placed on record. 5. On due consideration of the submission of counsel for the respective parties, facts and circumstances of the case, nature of grievance raised by the petitioners, without entering into the merits of the claim of petitioners, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of permitting the petitioners to submit comprehensive representation before the Respondents No. 2 & 3 and in the event petitioners submit such representation, the concerned authority shall consider and take decision on the representation to be submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of representation. 6.
