Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, presently posted as Assistant Engineer at Project Implementation Unit, CGRRDA, Janjgir, District Janjgir-Champa, is aggrieved by the impugned transfer order dated 28.09.2026, whereby he has been transferred to Project Implementation Unit, CGRRDA, Gaurela-Pendra-Marwahi. He submits that the petitioner had joined at the present place of posting only on 03.11.2025 and has again been transferred within a period of less than one year, contrary to Clause 3.10 of the Transfer Policy dated 05.06.2025. He submits that the impugned transfer would cause hardship to the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner has already submitted representations dated 29.09.2026 before the concerned authorities and competent Transfer Committee under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy, therefore, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue the said representations. 2. Learned State counsel has no objection to the above prayer. 3 3. In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for. The competent Transfer Committee under Clause 8 of the State Transfer Policy is directed that to consider and decide the representation, if already submitted by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law and the applicable Transfer Policy, preferably within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
