In this writ petition, the petitioners have prayed for direction upon the respondents to appoint them on the post of Assistant Teacher in Class-VI to Class-VIII. 3. During course of arguments, the parties have admitted that petitioner No. 2 (Madhu Kumari) has been declared successful. That being so, it is expected that the Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission will recommend the name of the petitioner immediately, who thereafter will be issued appointment letter, if the petitioner is otherwise found eligible. 4. So far as petitioner No. 1 (Sweety Varsha Bakhla) is concerned, it is submitted that this petitioner in her category and subject, has obtained lesser marks than the last selected candidate. 5. In that view, no relief can be granted to this petitioner. -1- 6. However, since the appointment process is continuing, in future, if it is found that any person obtaining lesser marks than the petitioner in the subject and the category, the liberty is given to the petitioner to approach Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission for appropriate relief(s). 7.
