The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Misc. Act VIII Case No.236 of 2025 under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure from the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track 5th Court at Barasat to the Court of learned Additional District Judge at Alipore. 4. Mr. Sinha, learned senior counsel appearing for the opposite party submits that all along the children have been living with the father and their ordinary place of residence is at AG-97, 2 2 Saltlake, Sector-III, Boisakhi, P.S. Bidhannagar East, District-North 24 Parganas. 5. On hearing the learned counsels for both the parties and also on considering that the ordinary place of residence of the two children is under the jurisdiction of Barasat Court, this Court relying upon its order dated 27.03.2026 passed in CO 4128 of 2024, Shantilal Sharma v. Susant Vyas @ Sushanta Vyas & Ors., is of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief as prayed for. 6. CO 2707 of 2026 is thus dismissed. 7. Connected application is also disposed of. 8. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 9. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance.
