The affidavit of service filed today is taken on record. 2. The petitioner, a Civic Volunteer, is aggrieved that his service has been demobilized since June 2023. 3. The repeated representations of the petitioner have been ignored. The last representation of July 21, 2026 has not also been responded. 4. Ms. Roy, learned Advocate appearing for the State, has submitted on instructions that the petitioner is not only an indisciplined person, but is also guilty of misconduct and dereliction of duty. 5. However, since there is nothing on record at this juncture, I direct the respondent no. 5 to consider the representation of the petitioner and dispose of the same by October 15, 2026. The resultant order will be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. 2 6. With the afore-stated directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 7.
