Miscellaneous application has been moved by the learned counsel for the Applicant with a prayer to direct the Registry of this Hon’ble Court to transfer the amount of 15% of the cheque amount deposited by the Applicant by way of Demand Draft No.011174 (IDBI Bank) to the State Legal Services Authority (SALSA) in compliance of the judgment dated 06.01.2026. 5. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection if the aforesaid application is allowed. 6. Accordingly, miscellaneous application is allowed. The Registry of this Court is directed to transfer the amount of 15% of the cheque amount deposited by the Applicant by way of Demand Draft No.011174 (IDBI Bank) to the State Legal Services Authority (SALSA) in compliance of the judgment dated 06.01.2026. 7.
