The petitioner is serving as Clerk at District Tourism Development Office, Chamba, District Chamba. His case is that on completion of the requisite tenure at the aforesaid station, owing to certain adverse family circumstances and also on account of his being a couple case in terms of clause 5.4 of the transfer policy, he preferred a representation on 09.10.2025 (Annexure P-4) to the respondents/competent authority seeking transfer to a place of his 1Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes 2 preference, but the aforesaid representation has not been considered and decided till date. 3. Looking to the limited grievance of the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondents/competent authority to consider and decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from today.
