UNNI KRISHNAN NAIR ORDER 30/03/2026 Heard Ms. U Nanda, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms. P Baruah, learned Standing counsel, Secondary Education Department appearing for the State respondents. 2. The present Interlocutory Application has been instituted for correction of the address of the respondent Nos. 2 & 6 in the cause title of the connected writ petition, being WP(C) No. 2657/2024. 3. The petitioner in the present Interlocutory Application has prayed for correction of the address of the respondent No. 2 as follows: “The State Level Scrutiny Committee, Assam represented by its Chairman cum Director of Secondary Education, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019.” 4. Further, in a similar manner, the address of the respondent No. 6, is being sought to be corrected as follows: “The Motirchar Higher Secondary School, represented by its Principal, Village- Motirchar Part-I, P.O.:-Howrarpar, District-Dhubri, Assam, Pin-783324.” 5. This Court has perused the contentions raised in the Interlocutory Application and finds that the respondent Nos. 2 & 6 in the connected writ petition were not properly addressed, which is contended to be on account of an inadvertent error. 6. The prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant is not objected to by the learned counsel for the respondents. 7. Accordingly, the applicant is permitted to correct the address of the respondent No. 2 as “The State Level Scrutiny Committee, Assam represented by its Chairman cum Director of Secondary Education, Kahilipara, Guwahati-781019” and the respondent No. 6 as “The Page No.# 5/5 Motirchar Higher Secondary School, represented by its Principal, Village-Motirchar Part-I, P.O.:-Howrarpar, District-Dhubri, Assam, Pin-783324” in the cause title of the connected writ petition. 8.
