POONACHA ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking for the following reliefs: "a) Issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order, directions to defreeze the Gold Loan Account bearing No.42202302003322 from the Saving Account bearing No.12202100089292, and release the gold ornaments since it was not seized by the police as per Annexure-D; b) For costs and any other relief as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit, in the interests of justice." 2. It is the case of the petitioner that the savings bank account of the petitioner with the respondent - bank has been frozen despite the petitioner not having defaulted in the payment of any gold loan that she had availed. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to pay any amounts due and payable to the bank. 4. In view of the aforementioned, the present petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach the bank authorities seeking for payment of any amounts, which was due by the petitioner to the respondent - bank, consequent to which, the petitioner shall be permitted to operate her bank account with the respondent - bank. 5.
