Order:-
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.3 to 6 submits that this Court, by order dated 10.10.2025, granted liberty to the petitioner to submit an explanation to the 2nd respondent with regard to the provisional notice dated 19.06.2025 and the subsequent
order dated
15.08.2025. This Court further
directed the 2nd respondent to consider the same and pass appropriate orders.
2. It is submitted that the writ petition may be disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the explanation/representation submitted by the petitioner.
3. Recording the same, and with the consent of the learned counsel appearing for the parties, this writ petition is
disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders duly considering the explanation/representation of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to mention that the 2nd respondent shall also consider the representation submitted by the unofficial respondents. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
