It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that, pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the respondents have issued the license for aquaculture. In view of the same, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. 2. Permission is accorded. 3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
