With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, more particularly in view of the fact that the application for grant of interim relief has been decided without considering the claims/ counter-claims of the parties, order impugned dated 10.03.2026 is set aside. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents have assured the Court that they will complete the pleadings by or before the next date of hearing Sr. No. 09 LPA No. 54/2026 2 fixed before the learned writ Court. In the event, any of the parties fail to complete the pleadings, the learned writ Court shall consider the application for grant of interim relief in accordance with law. 3.
