The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly without any violation and hence, prayed to relax the condition. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent Police objected the application, however would fairly submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4. Considering the submissions made on either sides, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.6013 of 2026 in Crl.O.P.No.35822 of 2025 dated 06.04.2026 to appear on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Accordingly, the condition directing the Petitioner to report before the trial Court concerned on alternate days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that “the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court concerned once in a week at 10.30 a.m., until https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP No. 10023 of 2026 __________ Page3 of 4 further orders”. The other conditions imposed earlier shall remain unaltered. 5. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 18-06-2026 MJS Note: 1.
