Indisputably, the issue is under consideration in WPPIL No.15 of 2022 “Matri Sadan Jagjeetpur Kankhal vs. Union of India and others”, which is pending before this Court. 3. Consequently, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file intervention 1 2026:UHC:1203-DB application in the pending PIL, if so advised. 4.
