In the present petition, filed in public interest, the petitioner has raised issue relating to illegal running of stone crushers within the prohibited radius from Ganga River Bed. 2. Indisputably, the issue is under consideration in WPPIL No.15 of 2022 “Matri Sadan Jagjeetpur Kankhal vs. Union of India and others”, which is pending before this Court. 3. Consequently, we dispose of the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file intervention 1 2026:UHC:1203-DB application in the pending PIL, if so advised. 4.
