JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus directing the respondent university to consider and dispose of the petitioner's application dated 30.01.2025 seeking grant of fresh affiliation for conducting the Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course vide Annexure-B in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has already considered the application dated 30.01.2025 in the 209 meeting of the Syndicate held on 19.12.2025. 3. The submission is placed on record. 4. In view of the same, nothing survives for consideration. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as having rendered infructuous. 5.
