2. In this writ petition, the petitioner has sought for direction to respondent No. 2 to enter the name of the petitioner in the mutation register in respect of the subject land by considering the representation produced at Annexure-A.

3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, respondent No. 2-Tahasildar is directed to consider the representation dated 09.04.2026 produced at Annexure-A and take a decision in the matter in accordance with law. While taking such a decision, respondent No. 2 shall also consider the order dated 18.09.2015, produced as Annexure-B. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within an outer limit of four months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
