The present report is filed by the Official Liquidator seeking following orders of this Court :- “(A) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to take on record that, pursuant to the advertisement issued in the newspapers on 07.07.2026, the Official Liquidator has not received any offer from the intending purchaser. (B) This Hon’ble Court may be pleased to permit the Official Liquidator to take further action for sale of assets of the company (in liquidation). (C) Such other and further orders and directions as may be considered just and appropriate may also be passed. 2. The report indicate that this Court vide orders dated 19.06.2026 passed in OLR No. 26 of 2026 permitted the Official Liquidator to initiate proceedings of sale and publish advertisement in the newspapers for sale of property of the company (in liquidation.) In compliance of the said order, the Official Liquidator published the sale proclamation in “Divya Bhaskar” Gujarati Script and “Indian Express”, English script both in all Gujarat editions on 07.07.2026. 4. Learned advocate Ms. Bhoomi Thakore, appearing for Official Liquidator apprised that pursuant to the sale proclamation published in Newspapers on 07.07.2026, no tender forms were sold and thus, no offer was received from the intending purchaser. 5. The Official Liquidator is permitted to take further action for sale of office premises of the company (in liquidation.) situated at 507-508, 5th Floor, Harekrishna Complex, Opp. Ras Rajeshwar Flats, Pritamnagar, Ashram Road, Ahmedabad. 6. Considering the above averments made in the present report of the Official Liquidator, the prayers of the report are allowed in terms of prayer prayed in Para-3(A) & (B).
