Instant writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been preferred by the petitioner seeking following reliefs :- 10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the records of the case. 10.2 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleaed to direct the Respondents to execute and register the Conveyance Deed in favour of the petitioner forthwith, within 10 days, in the interest of justice. 10.3 The Hon’ble Copurt may kindly be pleaed to grant any other ancilliary relief, as ti may deemfit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 2 2 Learneed counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application before the respondent authorities i.e. the Nazul Adhikari for conversion of lease rights to Bhumiswami Rights. She had also paid the required amount of Rs.2,01,511/- on 08.08.2023 vide Challan No. 084678419 and other requisitie fee. After compliance with due process, the order was passed by the respondent authorities vide Conversion Deed dated 18.09.2023 in Revenue Case No. 298/A 20(3)2022-23 wherein the lease rights were converted to Bhumiswami Rights. But no action is being taken on the part of the respondent authorities and the respondent – Nazul Officer is not taking steps to execute registered conveyance deed in favour of the petitioner and her children. The issuance of conversion deed by the respondents-State after the payment of all dues/ amount had given a legitimate expectation to the petitioners that the conveyance deed would be executed by the respondent State in her favour, but only on account of the fact that the petitioner did not approach within reasonable period time, as she went to Allahabad because of some ongoing family dispute, therefore she could not present, hence, respondents authorities declined to execute registered conveyance deed in favour of petitioner and her children. It is next submitted that the petitioner has filed representtion (Annexure P-4) dated 19.07.2024 before respondent No. 4 and representation (Annexure P-5) dated 22.12.2025 before respondent No. 2 – Collector, Raipur, District Raipur (C.G.), despite that the same have not been decided yet, hence, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing respondents No. 2 & 4 to decide representation filed by the petitioner within specific time frame. 3. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to allow the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 4. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material available on record. 3 5. Having considered the limited prayer of the petitioner; without entering into the mertis of the case, this petition is disposed of directing respondents No. 2 & 4 of the decide the representations (Annexure P-5) dated 22.11.2025 & (Annexure P-4) 19.07.2024, respectively as early as possible, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt / submission of copy of this order. 6. With the afoersaid observations & directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. 7. Pending interlocutory application (s), if any, stands disposed of.
