Having considered the factual circumstances, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM 414 of 2026 is rejected. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
