Quash the impugned endorsement dated:17.09.2025 bearing No.LePaSha/Other-2/CA/InDhiKaRaNa/65/2025- 26 issued by respondent No.2 to the petitioner (Annexure-G) and consequently, allow the application dated 01.07.2025 filed by the petitioner; ii. Quash notice dated 17.09.2025 bearing No.LePaSha/BemV-2/M.V.Reddy/61/2025-26 issued by respondent No.2 to the petitioners (Annexure-F). iii. Direct respondent No.2 to consider the experience/seniority of the petitioners from the date of establishment i.e. 14.02.1997 and update the empanelment of the petitioners as a petitioner partnership firm; iv. Award costs of the proceedings; v. Grant any such relief as this Hon'ble Court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of this case, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that a memo has been filed placing on record a copy of the Government Order dated 09.02.2026. He submits that the said memo may be taken on record and, in view of the Government Order dated 09.02.2026, the endorsement dated 17.09.2025 and the notice dated 17.09.2025, produced as Annexures-G and F, are liable to be quashed. 5. The memo is placed on record. Having regard to the submission made by the Senior counsel and upon perusal of the Government Order dated 09.02.2026, the endorsement dated 17.09.2025 and the notice dated 17.09.2025, produced as Annexures-G and F, are hereby quashed. 6. Consequently, the writ petition is allowed. Because of disposal of the Writ Petition, interim order granted if any stands discharged and pending interlocutory applications if any are disposed of.
