It is brought to the notice of this Court that it was wrongly recorded on the earlier date that the minor child resides with the petitioner/wife. 4. It is admitted that the child who is aged about 9 years stays with his father/opposite party at Durgapur and the case has also been filed at Durgapur. 5. The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit no.479 of 2026 from the Court of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge, 1st Court, Durgapur, Paschim 2 2 Bardhaman to the Court of learned District Judge, Birbhum at Suri. 6. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusal of the materials on record, it appears that the Matrimonial Suit has been filed in Durgapur Court, by the husband/opposite party herein. 7. The petitioner/wife herein resides at Wad No.1, P.O. and P.S.-Suri, Dist.- Birbhum, PIN-731 101. 8. Considering that the distance between Suri and Durgapur is not much and the fact that the child resides with his father, this Court is not inclined to consider the application for transfer. 9.
