1. Affidavit-of-service filed on behalf of petitioner is taken on record.
2. It is alleged by learned advocate representing petitioner that wrongly plots of land were recorded in favour of private respondents by concerned authority as a result whereof present writ petition is filed seeking direction upon police authorities to take steps to preserve right of petitioner over those plots of land in question.
3. State respondents are represented by learned advocates.
4. On perusal of complaint dated 22nd June, 2026 of petitioner, it transpires that it was admitted therein that plots of land in question were recorded in favour of private respondents and at the same time one order of concerned B.L.& L.R.O. was referred to.
5. On query being posed to learned advocate representing petitioner nothing is shown that any order is passed by
concerned B.L.&L.R.O. acknowledging right of petitioner over plots of land in question.
6. In view of aforesaid scenario, no order need be passed thereby directing police authorities to take steps relating to plots of land in question.
7. If petitioner is aggrieved by order of concerned authority relating to plots of land in question, in that event petitioner needs to approach appropriate authority/forum in accordance with law.
8. Writ petition stands disposed of.
